Pizza Pizazz

This Ridgefield masonry and landscaping project culminated in an outdoor wood-fired pizza oven. Hand-built using local Fairfield County stones, it fits in harmoniously with the flagstone patio and surrounding landscape. Flagstone pavers on either side of the oven make spacious and convenient countertops. The design of the chimney and cap ensure smoke drifts away. The base holds plenty of wood for the hot fire in the oven above. Outdoor dining has never been more interesting, or delicious!
